At Paragon Software, our customers come first. So that we may serve you most effectively, we ask that you browse or search our Support Knowledge Base and User Manuals to find answers to common questions.

If you have questions about Registration, Downloading of registered products, Buying, Upgrading or Using of your software, you will easily find all the answers in our base.

If you lost the registration code (serial number) of a product you bought from our company or didn’t receive it for some reason you can restore it quickly using our special web-form “Serial Number Recovery”.

If your problem remains unsolved after reading our KB, you can contact us for support and we will do our best to answer you shortly.
If you received products of our company as a bonus to your device, we ask you to register them first with the serial number in our E-Care System.
